RECORDING STUDIO

The studio is located in our theater in the centre of Prague and it offers advanced technical and digital background for clients. As a bonus, musicians can also take advantage of a bar, accommodation and all other benefits of this complex, which is the size of 2700 square meters. The studio offers services of skilled sound engineers and producers such as Richard Scheufler jr. (Walda Gang and others) or Milan Steigerwald (King Size, RockOpera Praha) and voice coach Pavla Forest.
The biggest advantage of the studio is the possibility of recording drums on the main stage. This offers one of a kind atmosphere and fills all requirements of even the most demanding musicians.

This unique recording place is the only of its kind in the Czech Republic. It guarantees spectacular and spacious sound and brilliant reverberation. Our clients and guests especially enjoy this quality. Some of those are the legendary keyboardist Rick Wakeman (Yes and others), Eva Urbanová, Kamil Střihavka, Marpo & TroubleGang, Jan Toužimský or Viktor Dyk.

The studio is adapted for recording diverse music genres like metal, rock, blues or classical and film music - the main stage can hold an entire symphony orchestra. Bands can record each instrument individually, or all members can record together. The stage hall is flexible and suited for various recording needs. The studio is perfect for capturing live, high-quality recordings with a live audience. Subsequent processing in the studio for representative release is commonplace.

The RockOpera Praha recording studio was founded by Milan Steigerwald and Pavla Forest, originally meant solely for privately recording their authorial rock operas. Now, anybody can use the wide range of possibilities of this facility for commercial use, at high quality and a reasonable price.
